Tzach Neveril (old name Maladuir)

Its under construction right now, so a lot of the ideas on the page are in flux (for instance the name of the city is changing from "Maladuir" to "Tzach Neveril"). But if you're a fan of dark elves and want to play on a server that is based around their society, check it out.
