Hi Dnirr!!!

Well, I can't locate such a patch anywhere.

I'm very good at searching with google and came up with nothing after doing several different types of searches and wading through lots and lots of pages.

Hope someone around here knows where it may be found if it is still out there somewhere. As you already noted, most of the links that were for it no longer work.

The only practical suggestion until such a patch can be found is to lower your resolution.
