It depends I would say you can complete the game in 10 hours or less if you did not do any side quest, or explored any maps. Take Jaheria, Kahlid, Kiven, Imoen and one other head straight for the mines, and do only the quest needed to move on in the game it could be short. Kind of like Fallout, that can be done in a couple hours if you are really good. However I find playing this way kind of takes the fun out of the game.
