Whoopsie! I guess I wasn't too clear in what I was saying. You shouldn't have to reinstall it, I don't think.
What I meant to ask was if you had completely exited W&W and started the program again after making the change, not if you had completely restarted the game. Sorry for being too vague
Hmmm... one other thing... you might check to make sure you don't accidentally have a typo in the avi file names. That would not be good, no matter how you look at it. I don't have a machine with W&W booted right now, or I'd give you the names. I think they're like townmsk1.avi and so on, but I'm not sure.
