Don't you have to have already given *her* the ring in order for her to have let you in to S'Kezer Da (or whoever)'s chambers to begin with??

Or if you did this already, but the gate got stuck as *she* was opening it, then it may be a glitch (never seen it...) and you may need to go back to a previous save. But I'd wait for others' sage advice before resorting to this
