Yes. Go to the old mill then continue to the burned out house with Harepsia. Do not swim, follow the way on the ground. You will find a statue, which will identify itself as Altar of Serran. Go to the statue, select "talk" and tell it the "password". Wait until the statue finishes its blessing and then enter to the temple.
Note: There is only one statue on your way to the burned out house. You cannot nake a mistake.
