We've got a very nice mini sushi bar in our local Krogers (a grocery store for those who might not know) of all places! Not a huge selection but what they make is great! Haven't had one from them yet that I didn't thoroughly enjoy!
And Michigan is surrounded with water - so how can Michigan be "landlocked"??? hmmmm Granted those are fresh water lakes and most of the sushi with which I am familiar contains salt water ingredients but I bet you can make good sushi from fresh water ingredients too!
