I've been giving some thought to creating my first party (a busy day at work!!

) but I'm not sure what are the best weponds, I'm thinking about starting with 3 Warriors (plus one rogue, preast and wizard), should I concentrait on sword skills for all 3 or sword, axe and mace/spear/anything else?
