You need not. Let the guys take the Ranger quest one by one. Every time you get the quest, a new raptor is spawned. Therefore:
1. Let the first future ranger to get the quest.
2. Kill the raptor, take the eggs.
3. Let next guy to get the quest.
4. Kill the raptor, ...
etc.
