Okay, if you're in Cet's pyramid...

First off, have you used the Mavin sword and the staff of death in the unholy flame? That step is critical to having something that can actually hit Cet and do some damage.

Second, are you equipping the Mavin sword and the staff of death? No other weapons will damage Cet, nor will any spells.

Cet's main offensive spells are sun-based, so if you've got your protection from fire up over 100%, you should be in fine shape.

If this doesn't cover it, then post back again with even more specifics -- what happens when you go in the room, what's your response to Cet's question, what's the question because he doesn't ask it, and so on.
