...And in local news, newcomer adventurer Nutman explained to police officials that he was not exactly sure how his ship ended up stuck in the front door of Anephas' Shrine. Claims that "I just cast vanish" were lessened by the fact that the nearest body of water was far away, and when asked to duplicate the teleport that he claimed miraculously caused the ship to appear, Nutman conveniently claimed that a gap in the cosmic forces caused his teleporting portal to malfunction. Local witnesses had also reported a ship travelling on the Enchanted Sea at high rates of speed, but it could not be confirmed whether the speeding ship was Nutman's or another four-masted schooner. The fact that no other ships have been seen above or below the Enchanted Sea for several years was not lost on this reporter, nor on the gendarmerie of Brimloch Roon.

Nutman was taken to the gaol at Brimloch Roon for test for alcohol and other intoxicants in his blood. Local barman Jafin claimed that Nutman had just shown back up recently, but had not appeared seriously impaired when he last left the Boogre Bar. However, Jafin almost immediately afterward closed down his bar and opened another one, named Boogre Bar 4, just down the street from the previous one, Boogre Bar 3.

First Metatarsal, the largest insurance company in the Gael Serran, carried the insurance policy on Anephas' Shrine. Insurance company adjusters are still evaluating the accident, undecided whether to label it an act of God or an act of vandalism. They are offering a reward for information leading to the closure of the case.

Police have requested that citizens leave any tips in the tip jar at the Inn in Brimloch Roon, where they will be reviewed. Citizens are warned not to leave them in the Tip Jar at the Boogre Bar 4, whose contents have long been subject to random disappearance.
