What happened exactly? If you have summoned the Spirit of Xydusa then you have done the summoning ritual correctly. If the door to Xydusa didn't open then there are only two possibilities:
1. A new, unknown so far, "present" from Win$$$$. What kind of this terrible trash are you running?
2. You made an error in the answers (a typo). In this case, the spirit should say something like "Hssssst! You aren't a Servant of the Serpent!" and the door will not open. To avoid the typos, you can shorten the answers to "servant (action)", for example, "servant prays" or "servant bows". These two words are the minimum that has to be entered (checked and used since then).
