No I donŽt think armor will slow your speed. The only way youŽll be slower is if you exceed your max carry weight. No weapons as Bungleau said. People have reported that a lamp in your second weapon slot will give the same effect as a breather. The lamp will eventually run out of oil though and then it disappears, strange...
