Not so nice to do ( sending you into Boogre Prison! ), mayby I kill
him and other ratlins when I nearby.

I found chest from Dragon spire.
It was at the end of the South river landing.
Go pass by Eastern cove and at the seacond cove.
Under water there's chest!
