There´s actually a texture bug in Anephas shrine. I´ve encountered it several time. The find the lever turn right at the entrance. It´s at the corner when you turn left (on the middle wall). The problem is that the lever isn´t visible sometimes in my games. Now what I have to do is to place my cursor right above the lever and click although I can´t see anything.
