As Bungleau mentioned, most players don't notice these things on their own and learn them primarily from reading the Best Tips and other posts on the board - so kudos, Olli Kalma, for observation!!
I don't think any of them qualify as an actual "spoiler", just great hints that can help players gain Evil Eye, make money, gain experience (unpatched). Always a good and welcomed thing!
