IIRC...It seemed like there were alot of them around...
Before Talrik asks for a pelt. I remember dropping several (not worth enough GP & they took up too much space)...Then
After I had the quest....No more Longtooths...and the pelts I had dropped...were gone.
..a couple of other points...
1. If you have a theif...try to
steal the pelts, If you kill them...you only have 1 chance to get a pelt. (the same thing applies to 'crabs & shells')
2. If you have the '
Summon Creature' spell....they are one of the posssible creatures that appear.
BTW...Willow...Next time you decide to tan on the beach...take along a Gourk or a Booger....then maybe you'll get less gawkers...
