Enchanted Sea.(meaning...it's
not on this side of the shrine)
I spent
alot of extra time, finding him a pelt. Then I spent hours looking
everywhere between the Brimloch gates and Shrine of Anephas'. I finally gave up.....of course I stumbled onto the cart...
much later in the game....
