I'll have to ask 'Grabiella' About Rattown, she's a bit older then 'Missy', so she should know all about 'Scanthrill'.
...I'm curious...I've always persauded Scanthrill, to give me both quests...before heading off to the mines....If you kill, Rathscallion...do you get the dagger, the next time you see Scnthrill??????
OR....do you have to make a second trip to the mines?????
