i think that the wolfbeast appears ANYWHERE (oh no!
) on the western side near the dragon spire n the stout mines.....i found it while i was travelling to the stout mines n yes, it was during the night. so maybe if u wander around there at night (say midnight maybe???) u would be able to find it.
