Hmmmm... go north from Brimloch Roon until you reach the northenmost shore of the enchanted sea. Then go east until you get to a landing area where you see the leprechaun quite often. Go north to the other lake area (after going through the landing area). Then go west until you get to land, and further west until you get to the sphinx and the shrine.

Be wary with the sphinx -- she will not accept wrong answers.
