Your game. You paid your money. You play it how you want to.
That said, 25 in all stats would be about as exciting as paint drying or grass growing. Where it the challenge? How much fun is there to be had in soloing through all battles and encounters chunking everything? Short term, maybe. My view is that there's more value in having to try different strategies to beat a tough encounter, and more satisfaction when you do get past a group of ogres with your 2nd level party when you're all beat up and your thief gets a good backstab than what you're doing.
Also, what about replayability - you can replay with diff chars, classes, stats. In your game there is one char who's a demi-god in that world and that's it. You appear to miss the point of ROLE PLAYING, unless you're a weedy (young) yr old who gets his/her jollies out of believing that you could chunk all comers, which is a little sad, and you should get out more.
