And here´s a bit of a spoiler warning! Don´t read beyond these lines if you don´t want to, lol!

The fortune teller has the "Orb of Clarity which is a quest item for a wizards guild quest. You exchange the serpent´s wand for the orb. I usually end up killing her for it, my barbarian´s diplomatic skills aren´t that great. So if you got the quest there´s no need to worry because she´ll drop the orb as she dies. If you don´t have the quest, then you don´t get an orb.
