Yes you can! Walk up the ledge to the dragon lair and go down the slope. The side Torin´s on! The problem is getting froom Ishad N´ha to Brimloch roon! Cast create portal by the entrance to the lair and make sure a portal has been created (in the textbox), otherwise you´ll have to strollt throught the mountain again, lol.
