I want Winged Elf!

-- may use "joy" ability once per day per 4 levels. the joyous state lasts for 60 seconds; while joyous: immue to all psionic attacks and mental effects (note, winged Elf joy will affect the whole party, making the whole party immue to or be cured from psionic effects).

however, if their wings get hurt, they will whine the party to death until the wings fully healed, which need to rest 24 hours .......
