..You can still get your paladin to level 2, if you have the 'naga' quest from the temple in Ishad N'ha.
(You might be able to get to level 7, If you try clicking on another character and then back again six or seven times.)

One other thing we all forgot to mention...When you go in to cash in a quest..Make sure you just walk in and let the shop owner do the talking. If you click on anything, he gets distracted.
