Sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties. We'll try to help but you will need to tell us more about your computer to do so. We need to know things like OS, memory, Vid card, version of DirectX, etc. Generally problems like this end up being the result of your computer's hardware and software configuration. We've found solutions to most of these problems though sometimes it takes us a bit to work out what the problem is.
ALso check out Saz' techie help desk thread and see if you find any posts in there that have the same problems, the solution may already be in that thread.
