Some thoughts:
1) If your agility is high enough you may be able to jump from the right side exit to the left one.
2) Play with the sticks in the room until you get a stone extending from the wall between the exits, climb up onto it, and then jump to the left exit.
3) Walk over near the left exit, look up, and attempt to climb straight up the wall. Sounds strange but it sometimes works.
