Greetings, DenverGuy! First you select each character as though you were going to take them out of the Inn. Right click their portrait to bring up the inventory screen, and one of the buttons on the left side(upper right corner button, I believe) will be your "delete character" button! It's THAT simple! However, if they have stuff your new group can use, create them FIRST and transfer their stuff to your new party and use them as "mules" for your new party! When you go to the next town, it'll be easier, because you won't have to worry so much about the dangerous critters that roam the land hurting your "mules" if they have some experience under their belts!
