Please help a really raw Newbie.
I am unable to access all buildings in Valeia nor can I use the eastern gate out of town. I am running Win XP, which I suspect is a large part of my problem. I have read all the posts on workarounds and have set mode to Win 95 which resolved my crash problems. But, I am unable to use virtualdub on the AVI files. Every time I attempt to "save as old format", I get a warning that it will result in a very large file and an option to cancel or proceed. When I select proceed, I get an error message which says virtualdub can not access the file as it is being used by another process.
Is there another patch besides the unofficial beta one? I installed that one, but still cannot access all the buildings or the second gate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
