I have anawered the 3 Sphinx riddles correctly but can't get in pasyt that lock. Do I have to use the Staff Power obtained from Lich Ra?

P.S My lizzord barbarian has an Armour Class of 27.40 without any blessings and enchantments. Is this a record?
