Hi Devlin!!

WRIT: this is found on a body over on the west side of the shire in a small inlet in the forest path. Search south of the Spire and north of the Mines.

You'll only get "credit" for delivering the letter when you get into the Spire, never from the lady who asked you to deliver it.
