For those of you who might recall my problems hearing NPC's talking. I finally figured out and fixed the problem! YEAH!!
The old audio software was the problem, and it wasn't completely uninstalled which created a conflict between the old and new software. I completely removed the old software, and viola!! Talking NPC's!
It's too bad I finished my 1st playthrough deaf, but I'm goin' through with a new, HEARING group this time around! WOO HOOOO!!!
