If you are talking about the guy that your supposed to kill
(amoungst many) from a mission in valeia, when you go thru
the caves, heading into ishad nha territory, stick to the
right, and the first chance you get, make a right,
his in one of those lil paths that lead to nowhere.
thats where he should be hiding.......be prepared to fight. He
goes down easy, or at least I had no probs with him. Hopes
