Finesse=style=Blade.

The "uber-leet killing machine" is generally the opposite of finesse. A fighter with 25 in Str/Dex/Con, -20 AC, (what's the max?) -20 THAC0, etc. is an uber-leet killing machine, but has no style. Slash, opponent dies, slash next, opponent dies, etc. Essentially Diablo...which you know has no style
