Sorry...duh, after that long post, I just realized you were wanting role ascension quests. DOH...
Here they are:
1) Paladin: Pray "Sanctus Holy" at the Altar of Serran (located either just west of the Gypsy Boathouse near Valeia or in the southwestern portion of the Lost Sea area)
2) Ranger: Return an egg from a Raptor (one may be found along the west bank of the river leading towards the Toad Village, or later in the game, out on the Enchanted Isle.
3) Barbarian: Slay 20 monsters single-handedly.
4) Samurai: Retrieve the Samurai's Baton, found on the Spirit of the Samurai in a graveyard on the east side of Shurugeon Castle (have to travel down the moat to find it).
5) Ninja: Lower the drawbridge at Shurugeon Castle. It doesn't seem to matter whether you kill the spirit or not, just as long as you flip the lever and WALK ACROSS THE BRIDGE.
6) Bard: Retrieve the Scroll of Treachery from the Serpent Wizard's (Kreug's) study above the library of the Serpent Temple.
7) Warlock: Retrieve a skeleton's skull and a spider's egg. (MUST be a human skeleton; the rat skeleton won't cut it.)
8) Monk: Go for two game days (48 hours game time) with nothing equipped.
9) Assassin: Get quest from Scanthril behind the burned-out house near Ishad N'ha for a "job". Return to him after killing Raskalion and he will give you the Assassin's dagger. Return it to the Thieves' Guild for the ascension.
10) Valkyrie: Burn the heart of the Lich in Cet's Pyramid in the Black Fire, then return to the Temple at Brimloch Roon. MUST be female to do this one.
11) Zenmaster: Return all four tomes of creation (Fire, Wind, Water, Earth) to the Bushi Dojo in Brimloch Roon.
