Hiya,
Another trick if you have Petrification, is to just stone the female Boogre lady, and push her into the room. Put her atop a crate, then jump on her head (don't worry, it wont hurt her), and then you can get to either side. Don't forget to cast Stone to Flesh on her before you leave!
