Theyre called "Burning Pup" i think are closely related to the fire bat and hell hound (fire breath!) and live , tadaam , underwater,means they´ll only pop up if you set spawn often and difficulty heavy ,that´s how i saw two in the burning caverns where the isles in the burning lake were!
Are easier killed than the hell hound especially with ice (seems fitting, must´ve gotten too much ice-cream)
