1) Ramakamil is on the Enchanted Isle. From the boat landing point go north, and then NE; he appears once you've accepted the quest.
2) Bark Horrors are usually found in the western part of the Isle of Sands not too far from the Pyramid.
3) The Monk's Ward is always in the Lost Sea area but its location is random; search all treasure chests west of Anephas' Shrine. Most of the time I've found it on the southern or western shores of the Lost Sea.
