How about some R&R in Ishad N'ha? Then exit through the west gate and head northward on the trail. There are four dungeons in this area; I like to explore Shurugeon Castle first and follow up with either Stout Mines or the Boogre Prison.
Watch out for the Mantraps near the castle - they are surprisingly fast (and dangerous) for vegetation.
