ENTERING DUNGEONS (THE CRYPT AND OTHERS)
When you get to a door that just won't open after you've entered the Crypt, look to the left, you will find a small lever that will open the Crypt for you. Also, all dungeons have similar levers on the left or right side of the entry chambers.
