If you're looking for the Earth Tome, it's in a hidden room in Cet's tomb that is revealed when you walk down a bloodstained corridor with pillars that come up and give crush damage to your party. Run down the corridor, flip the jackal-head switch at the end, then return back up. You'll find a Demon Lord when you exit the corridor, and to the left, the wall will have opened and there will be a small chest there. Inside the chest is the Tome of Earth.

The Monk's Ward is in the Isle of Sands; actually in a forested clearing on the Northeast side. You have to get past the Hydra to get to it. Look for a chest back there.
