Hi Vlad -

Check the FAQ file (look in the upper right corner of the forum screen). There is an explanation of how to include pictures.
Basically it is a matter of having a place online to which you can load your image and then just including that address within the [ img ] blah.blah [ /img ] (NO SPACES, I just added them to show you the code).
