There are four ways I know to go from Brimloch Roon to Ishad N'ha:
1) Go back through the Spire
2) Jump off the ledge down to the south side
3) Tree surf from the eastern Brimloch city gate down to the Ishad side of the map
4) Use Create Portal, Teleport, and Call of Home spells
