I don't know exactly what you have to do but I killed the ghost and flipped the switch with my ninja-to-be. After this though, you never have to do the quest again. For anyone else that you want to be a ninja, all you have to do is take the quest and enter the Bushi Dojo, you don't even have to leave town.

PS - This is off topic but do you guys like my new sig? Thanks to Cloudy and Lavindathar for teaching me how to create a signature! Lavindathar doesn't post on the W&W board but Cloudy does sometimes.
