When talking to the oracles in the caves just keep going through the list of words in the chat section on the bottom left especially if they are still highlighted in blue. A clue here is to get the oracle to tell you about what lies westward.
As far as shinwikis trap door goes, the same principle applys keep talking and use all the words in the list.
