yeah i got the same problem too. Kol and Krueg never gave me any keys but found out later I dont really need them anyway. Kol's key gets you to see Kerah for some treasures, and krueg's key opens the *SPOILER ALERT*
serpent grate to get the serpent idol.
You wont need the treasures and wont need the serpent idol. There's ways around them
