I just killed them last night...on hard mode...i ran across the moat (through the center where the drawbridge is up) then crept along the wall east until you are just on behind the east part of the bridge...you should just be able to get your cursor on them and you can send fire spells at them and they don't fight back...it takes a long time because you have to wait for your mana to recharge but on hard they are worth over 2000 each! Good luck...shirugeon castle ain't a picnic either!
