Grab the heart (make sure you save before you do, because for some reason it's easy to "bumble" ). For some reason, I've had trouble making the lift work, so I generally just jump off that ledge down to the next one and take the ramp back down. Return the way you came back to the Black Fire urn and burn the heart there. -Sazerac
