Okay...I can't believe I'm going to ask this, but

HOW CAN YOU TRAIN STATS IN GUILDS ABOVE LEVEL 18???

I've never been able to do it! Every time I get to level 18 I'm told I can't train the stat any higher.

Is there a trick?
